Nicole is the Marketing Manager at Watson and a valued member of the leadership group, with over 27 years’ experience in sales, marketing, strategic communication, brand development and business management across industries including finance, insurance, travel, FMCG, healthcare, wine and motor.
She leads marketing and client engagement across our five brands Watson Wealth, Elliot Watson Financial Planning, Watson Mortgages, Watson Legal and Singleton Financial, and has a strong track record in managing large teams and building trusted brands that connect with clients and the community.

Nicole is a proud local, having moved to the area in her early teens. She spends her weekends with her husband and three kids enjoying quality family time. When she’s not wearing her Uber, dance, or soccer mum hats, she loves good food, great wine, and planning her next travel adventure.
