Jen is the Client Engagement Officer at Watson and a key member of the team driving client connection and business growth. Working across all five brands — Watson Wealth, Elliot Watson Financial Planning, Watson Mortgages, Watson Legal, and Singleton Financial — she engages with prospective and existing clients to ensure their needs are understood and met with care. Jen supports lead generation, client retention, and referral relationships, while also working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns and events that strengthen the brand and deepen community engagement.
Qualifications
Jennifer commenced working in financial services in 2024. She has over 20 years of experience in retail and enjoys being part of the team and helping to ensure a smooth client experience.
Personal Life
Born and raised in the Maitland region, Jen enjoys spending time at the beach. She also enjoys going on long walks, hikes and spending time in nature with her kids and partner. Jen also enjoys going to the gym most mornings. To relax she enjoys a glass of wine and a good book!
